Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing to work with me on your vocal journey! To ensure a smooth experience for both parties, please review the following booking policy before confirming your session: Session Booking: All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance [at least 48 hours] to secure your chosen date and time. Availability is limited, so I recommend booking your sessions as early as possible. Rescheduling & Cancellation: If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, you must notify me at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur the full session fee. If you are late to a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and the full fee will apply. No-Show Policy: If you do not attend a booked session without prior communication, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered. Refund Policy: Refunds are not provided for missed or cancelled sessions. If you provide 48+ hours' notice, I will gladly reschedule your session to a mutually convenient time. Payment: Payment details will be shared at the time of booking. For packages, full payment is required before the first session to secure your spot. Health & Preparedness: Please arrive prepared and in good vocal health. If you are unwell, it’s best to reschedule your session with at least 48 hours’ notice.
